About American Budget Screens
Affordable screens and screen hardware for American homes, shipped free across the USA on orders over $75.
Most people find us with a problem that is small and annoying. A screen with a hole in it. A window with no screen at all. A screen door that slams, or one the dog has pushed through again. None of these should cost much to fix, and that is the whole idea behind this store.
Budget first, without the guesswork
Budget does not mean vague. Every product page lists the sizes, the pack contents and the fixing method exactly as the manufacturer publishes them: the height and width range of an adjustable screen, the duty rating of a door closer, the weight limit of a pet door, the length of a frame kit. Where a maker states the country of origin, we show it. Where they do not, we say nothing, because a claim we cannot trace is not a claim we make.
The range covers the jobs that come up most in an American house. Magnetic screen doors that hang on hook-and-loop tape and close themselves behind you. Adjustable window screens that expand to fit an open window with no cutting. Repair tape and full re-screen kits for torn mesh. Closers, hold-open kits and chains for screen and storm doors. Pet doors that fit into a screen door, and pet-proof mesh for the door the cat keeps shredding. Magnetic screens for a two-car garage opening. Aluminum frame kits for building a screen from scratch.
A short range, chosen on purpose
We do not list hundreds of near-identical items. We pick a small number that cover the usual situations and list the facts plainly, so you can compare like with like. If a detail you need is not on the page, ask us before you order and we will check it.
How we ship
Orders ship tracked from within the USA. Delivery is free on orders of $75 or more (a flat $9.95 applies under $75). We dispatch within one business day and most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days, a little longer to Alaska, Hawaii and remote areas.
Not sure which size or type suits your window or door? Email us before you order at theteam@americanbudgetscreens.com and a real person will help, usually within one business day.
